If your business is located within the Greenwoods Corner Business Area, you qualify for membership of Greenwoods Corner Epsom Business Association (assuming that you have not ceased to be a member) if you occupy or are the tenant of one or more commercially rated premises (with a floor space of not less than 10sqm) and you operate a business from those premises for not less than 50 business days a year.
Alternatively, if you own one or more commercially rated properties within the Greenwoods Corner Business Area, you also qualify for membership (assuming that you have not ceased to be a member).
All eligible businesses or landlords wishing to become members of the Greenwoods Corner Epsom Business Association are required to print out, complete, sign and return both pages of the membership application form for approval by the committee. You can do this via email or you can drop an application form off to Danny Yen at On Point Physio - 594 Manukau Rd, Epsom.
Membership of Greenwoods Corner Epsom Business Association requires your agreement to abide by the Association’s Constitution and follow its rules. Members must also ensure that their contact details are kept up-to-date by emailing any changes to the above email address.
